（1）安裝管道增壓泵前，進(jìn)水管道應(yīng)該進(jìn)行清洗，假如不可以保證管道離有沒有異物，可以在增壓泵吸入口前安裝過濾網(wǎng)，以此來確保其正常運(yùn)行。 （2）假如出口端的截止閥關(guān)閉，需要在出水口管路上安裝旁通管路來確保管道增壓泵的潤滑和冷卻水過泵。

（5）管道增壓泵進(jìn)出口部位有箭頭標(biāo)志，表示液體經(jīng)過增壓泵時的方向，開機(jī)前應(yīng)該檢查液體是否輕松通過。

（6）增壓泵應(yīng)該安裝在干燥通風(fēng)處，增壓泵和電機(jī)距離障礙物有一定的距離，使電機(jī)的冷卻風(fēng)扇周圍有足夠的空氣。

（7）管道增壓泵可以安裝在混凝土或者有適合高度的基礎(chǔ)上，又能安裝在固定的地面上。需要注意的是不要把管路的重量強(qiáng)加在泵體上，可以避免損壞泵。
